If you are planning to construct property, we will support you with negotiating and drafting the contracts so that you can award the construction contracts in a legally secure manner. Should defects occur, we will represent you in enforcing your right to have the building constructed correctly and will advise you about wage entitlements. As the developer, or if you are on the contractor side – for example as the architect, we will support you in establishing proof when settling claims for defects.
